By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you submit a contact form on the Site, we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your business name or organization
  • Details about your project or inquiry

This information is provided voluntarily. You are not required to submit a contact form to browse the Site.

B. Client Portal Information

If and when a client portal becomes available on the Site, we may collect additional information necessary to create and manage your account, including login credentials, project-related communications, and documents shared through the portal. Portal-specific data practices will be described in supplemental terms provided at the time of portal access.

C. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through analytics tools and infrastructure services. Depending on the tool, this may involve cookies, server-side logging, or privacy-preserving aggregation methods that do not use cookies. Information collected automatically may include:

  • IP address and general geographic location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
  • Referring URLs
  • Date and time of your visit

This information is collected through Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics and is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve our content and services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiry or contact form submission
  • To evaluate potential project engagements
  • To communicate with you about our services
  • To analyze and improve Site performance and user experience
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Site
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Some tools used on this Site set cookies on your device; others use privacy-preserving methods that do not. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The specific tracking approach used by each third-party tool is described in the subsections below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze aggregated information about Site traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers that may be located outside your country of residence.

Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cloudflare Analytics

We also use Cloudflare Analytics to monitor Site performance and traffic. Unlike cookie-based analytics tools, Cloudflare Analytics is privacy-preserving by design: it does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Cloudflare may collect aggregated, anonymized data such as page views, response times, and general geographic region as part of its infrastructure services. Cloudflare's data practices are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through browser settings. You may set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the Site.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Site or conducting our business (such as hosting providers, analytics services, and email infrastructure), subject to confidentiality obligations or data processing agreements with those parties as applicable.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via a prominent notice on the Site.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through the contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement, and thereafter for a reasonable period consistent with our business and legal obligations. Contact form submissions that do not result in an active client engagement are generally retained for no longer than two (2) years, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate business necessity.

Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained in accordance with Google's standard data retention settings, which we have configured to the minimum available retention period. Cloudflare Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized and is not retained by the Company as individually identifiable information.

6. Data Security

The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Site and the type of information processed. These measures are not exhaustive, do not constitute a warranty against unauthorized access or data loss, and are not fully described herein. Security practices evolve over time and are reviewed and updated as appropriate.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. The Company does not guarantee that personal information will never be subject to unauthorized access or disclosure. You are encouraged not to submit information through the Site that you would not want disclosed in the event of a security incident.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
