Tuttle, Oklahoma — Sparks Media Studios, LLC has been engaged by C&D Lift, LLC to design and build a custom field service management system to modernize operations for the family-owned forklift company.

C&D Lift, LLC is a family-owned business specializing in forklift service, repair, and sales. The company offers preventative maintenance programs, repair services, new and used forklift sales, and rental services throughout the region.

The new system will replace manual and desktop-based workflows with a mobile-first application built for technicians in the field and staff in the office. It will include work order management, customer and equipment records, preventative maintenance scheduling, invoicing, inventory tracking, and dashboards tailored to field technicians, office staff, and administrators. The app will run on phones, tablets, and desktop computers and is designed for fast performance—including on slower connections—so technicians can focus on their work, not on the tool.

Carla Sparks, owner and lead developer at Sparks Media Studios, will design and build the system.
